Your Hosts
Ewa is an E-RYT 500 trauma-informed educator, surfer, and retreat leader. She’s passionate about building community and empowering women through movement, nature and the ocean, creating supportive spaces for deep self-exploration. A surfer for the past six years, Ewa lights up in the water and brings that same joy and presence to everything she shares. Currently pursuing her surf therapy certification, Ewa brings both heart and skill to her offerings. Her dynamic yet grounding classes prioritize breath, presence, and connection over physical complexity. Expect to feel seen, supported, and transformed on your journey with her.

Jaclyn is a 200-Hour RYT, surfer, and retreat leader. True to her Sagittarius nature, she is often last seen boarding a plane for a new adventure. Travel is where she finds her inspiration, connecting to people and places; and movement is where she finds her introspection, exploring the mind-body-breath connection in yoga, surf, free-diving and Muay Thai. As a yoga teacher, Jaclyn has been known to light it up – integrating twists and turns to awaken an inner fire. As a surfer, she has been known to love a dawn patrol (hello early-birds). And as a retreat leader, she is here to hold space for you. Knowing firsthand the transformative nature of connecting through travel and movement, it is her hope that you find what it is you are seeking – whatever that may be.

Where we will be
Our retreat is tucked away on Nicaragua’s beautiful Central Coast—raw, wild, and totally peaceful—but still just 1.5 hours from the Managua airport. Built in 2019, its Rise Up’s newest location, combining modern comforts with stunning natural surroundings. The beach is steps away, and all rooms have ocean views, private bathrooms, and A/C so you can truly unwind in style.
