Terms of service.

Attendance and Cancellation 

  1. All attendees are asked to be on time. If you are going to be late, please send an email to withewa@gmail.com to inform that you will be late.

  2. A ‘Late Cancel’ or a ‘No Show’ will result in the deduction of your session from your session purchase if you do not cancel with more than 24 hours notice.

Payment 

  1. With Ewa accepts cash, direct deposits and Visa/MasterCard. All yoga classes and workshops, coaching sessions, programs and retreats must be paid in full before the session start date.

Refund 

  1. Class Passes and Coaching Sessions can not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. All packages expire three months from the day of purchase.

  2. Gift Certificates can not be returned or surrendered for cash or transferred between persons and expire three months from the day of purchase. 

  3. Once payment for group class, private session or program has been made and a refund is due as a result of timely cancellation (24 hours notice) of group class, private session or program refund will be processed within 48 hours.

  4. There is no refund for Illuminate Retreats. The retreat purchase may be transferred to a later date only once.

  5. With Ewa is not responsible for any missed group classes or private sessions. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
